It’s been a few weeks since I’ve posted because honestly I’ve been incredibly busy with the goals I set for myself.
Though nothing has gone smoothly, there has been improvement on all fronts and I have every reason to stay determined. Which isn’t easy considering how much I have to get done still.
So much that I am giving myself to the end of December to finish everything.

Luck be A Lady Thanks to some really good luck I was contracted to create a WordPress theme who just happened to be an artist. It gave me the chance to really explore what makes a WordPress theme that is useful to a visual artist and photographer. It’s been an interesting challenge that I’ve been enjoying quite a bit.

Identity Crisis I’ve been documenting my process of creating a logo for this blog and it made me have (and I’m fully aware of the irony) sort of an identity crisis. All jokes aside, it really made me think about if I am really accomplishing anything with this blog. Is someone’s life better because of it? Is mine better? This is what I’ll be addressing with the last post of this series.
I didn’t expect to change the direction of this blog as I designed this logo, and I will be explaining why I decided to in part three.

Vape Ape Pretty excited to be vaping instead of smoking. I’ve been lowering the nicotine doses by weekly and so far it’s been pretty good. Not saying I didn’t relapse a few times but progress is progress.

50-50-50 I’m about halfway done creating a simple web portfolio app. It’s nothing to brag about but it is simple and usable. My personal business cards fund has been allocated to a business development event so I’m going to have to wait a bit to print them. I am planning on using the React APP as my portfolio so at least that’s one less thing to worry about for now.
Get Bigger Arms and Legs Using a Home Gym
An Easy Mistake To Make All it took was a week of really poor sleeping habits to throw off my exercise routine for two weeks. If I can give one piece of advice, it’d be to come up with a daily routine that you can do no matter what. The point is to not break the streak.
- Daily Exercise
- Minimum Twice A Day: 20 Push-ups, 10 chin ups, 5 pull-ups, 20 squats, 20 Crunches, 10 Axe Swings & 1 min Plank
- Maximum A Day: 100 Push-ups, 20 chin ups, 20 pull-ups, 100 squats, 100 Crunches, 25 Axe Swings & 2 min Plank
- Keep a log.
- Monday– Legs & Glutes
- Bicep Curls 5×4
- Cross Body Hammer Curls
- Wednesday- Back & Core
- Friday- Arms & Shoulders
